amid the progress with times and innovation on science and technology, virtual tech- niques have changed the hierarchical relation between the operating system and hardware resources. Vir- tual data centers at regional higher vocational schools adopt the virtual techniques in order to serve more functions and become more stable. The paper analyses the way to use virtual techniques to integrate the infrastructure resources and the platform and structure, co - construct and share the good quality re- sources at virtual data center at regional higher vocational schools.
