摘要 研究冬虫夏草菌对人参皂苷Rb1的生物转化性质。利用冬虫夏草菌对人参皂苷Rb1进行生物转化,根据薄层色谱和液质联用检测结果构建生物转化途径,并对转化后的代谢产物进行相对定量分析,阐明转化动力学趋势。冬虫夏草菌能够将人参皂苷Rb1转化为稀有皂苷F2,转化途径为Rb1→Rd→F2,其转化率约为70.16%。冬虫夏草菌可以相对特异性地将人参皂苷Rb1转化生成F2,转化效率高,过程稳定,可以为人参皂苷F2的大规模发酵生产奠定基础。 The biotransformation characteristics of Cordyceps sinensis on ginsenoside Rb1 was studied.Cordyceps sinensis was selected to biotransform ginsenoside Rb1. Then,the biotransformation pathway of Rb1 was established using techniques of TLC and HPLC-MS. In addition,metabolites of Rb1 were quantified respectively so that biotransformation kinetics could be elucidated. Ginsenoside Rb1 could be adequately biotransformed by Cordyceps sinensis into ginsenoside F2 with a transformation rate of 70. 16% and a transformation pathway of Rb1→Rd→F2. Cordyceps sinensis could specifically transform ginsenoside Rb1 into F2with high efficiency and stability.Hence,this method may provide a solid foundation for the industrial production of ginsenoside F2.
