模拟锅炉系统提高半焦吸附性能的研究

摘要 试验中采用了模拟锅炉汽水系统的蒸汽和燃烧系统的热量对半焦进行处理,通过分析水中苯酚的COD去除率、N2吸附脱附曲线和电镜扫描,研究了不同蒸汽活化时间及焙烧温度下的半焦吸附规律。结果表明:20~50目粒径的半焦,经过3 h蒸汽活化处理,然后于400℃条件下焙烧2 h后,其吸附性能显著提升;相比只经蒸汽处理的半焦对苯酚的去除率由30.94%提高到96.67%,BET表面积由3.2 m2/g增加到486 m2/g。SEM结果显示,经过焙烧后半焦微孔结构显著增多,其吸附性能得到大幅度提升。 Carbocoal was treated by steam and heat from simulate boiler,and its adsorption law of different steam time and roasting temperture was studied on the basis of the analysis of the COD removal rate,N2 adsorption stripping curve and SEM. The results show that under the condition that is the particle size of 20 ~ 50 mesh,3 h steam treatment and 400 ℃ roasting temperature,carbocoal's adsorption performance is significantly increased,and compared with only the steam treatment,its COD removal rate can improve from 30. 94% to 96. 67%,and BET surface area has increased from 3 m2/ g to 486 m2/ g; meanwhile SEM results show that carbocoal's micropore structure significantly increased after roasting,so its adsorption performance has significantly improved.
