摘要 1 引言传统观点认为,心脏属于有丝分裂后期的器官,无再生和自我修复能力,在负荷量增大或疾病代偿时,通过细胞肥大来适应。因此,心脏受损后心肌组织被瘢痕组织替代从而导致心脏收缩功能障碍,引起心功能不全。
