儿科临床护理教师角色压力现状及其影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :调查儿科临床护理教师角色压力状况,分析其影响因素。方法 :采用方便抽样方法,使用自设的一般情况问卷及中文版临床护理教师角色压力量表对北京地区某三级甲等儿童专科医院的107名临床护理教师进行调查。结果 :儿科临床护理教师的角色压力在中度以上者占48.59%,其中,高度压力者占14.95%。主要表现在角色能力不足,角色过度负荷和角色冲突方面。专业兴趣、年龄、是否持有教学大纲及熟悉度是儿科临床护理教师角色压力的影响因素,共解释儿科临床护理教师角色压力的42.4%。结论 :儿科临床护理教师的角色压力普遍存在,教学管理者及教师本身应更加关注专业兴趣的培养,教学大纲内容指导性的提升,关注不同年龄教师的特点等,有效缓解或降低儿科临床护理教师的角色压力。 Objective: To investigate clinical pediatric nursing teachers' role stress and its influencing factors. Methods:Totally 107 pediatric nursing teachers in a children's tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing were enrolled by convenience sampling method, and were investigated with clinical nursing teachers' role stress scale. Results: Of all these clinical pediatric nursing teachers, 48.59% experienced at least moderate role stress, among which 14.95% got severe pressure. Age, interest in nursing profession, whether issued by the school syllabus and familiarity with syllabus were the main influencing factors of their role stress. Conclusion: Clinical pediatric nursing teachers have role stress generally. Pediatric nursing teachers and managers should pay attention to increase their interest in nursing profession, enhance instruction on syllabus and support older nursing teachers in order to relieve clinical pediatric nursing teachers' role stress.
