摘要 目的 :调查玉溪地区女性尿失禁(UI)现况、影响因素、就诊情况以及对生活的影响。方法 :采用随机抽样结合系统抽样的方法,应用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)、尿失禁生活质量量表(I-QOL)调查玉溪地区女性5523人。结果 :调查对象尿失禁患病率为10.74%;最常见的尿失禁类型是压力性尿失禁,患病率为4.38%,其次是急迫性尿失禁,患病率为2.97%;发生尿失禁的影响因素是:年龄、早婚。尿失禁患者中,51.94%每天存在漏尿,45.03%存在中到重度生活影响。仅15.68%的尿失禁患者寻求过医疗帮助。结论:玉溪地区女性尿失禁现状不容乐观。大多数尿失禁患者每天存在漏尿,严重影响生活,而很少寻求医疗帮助。 Objective: To estimate the prevalence, risk factors, severity, morbidity, and outpatient rate of women urinary incontinence (UI). Methods: A stratified multiple-stage cluster sampling method was used to recruit female adults in Yuxi. Totally 5523 participants were investigated using the ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL. Results: Among the 5523 participants, the prevalence of any UI was 10.74%. The most common subtype was stress incontinence, with a prevalence of 4.38%, followed by urge incontinence, with a prevalence of 2.97%. Age and marry early were independently predicted UI. We found that 51.94% of women with UI reported daily leakage, and 45.03% women reported UI had moderate to severe impact on their daily life. Only 15.68% of women with UI had consulted a doctor. Conclusion: The prevalence of UI in Yuxi was lower than that in the developed countries, however, the UI women affected confronted with daily leakage which impacted their daily lives severely and few obtained medical advice.
