摘要
分析国内常见临床带教方式在肿瘤科临床带教应用中的优点和不足,基于肿瘤科临床带教知识结构,结合科室护生或新护士特点,通过将肿瘤科临床带教知识划分为全面教学、临床路径教学和专题教学三类,融合多元化教学模式、优化重组带教团队、完善临床教学微课体系和改革考核模式,建立以提升肿瘤科护生核心能力为核心的混合式带教模式。结果显示,混合式带教模式能够发挥不同带教模式优点,提高教学质量,规范教学流程和内容,调动师生的积极性,提升护生护理核心能力和科室整体护理能力。
Objective: Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of general clinical teaching model in oncological clinical teaching, this paper proposes a hybrid teaching model improving nurse student's core nursing capacity which suits to oncological clinical teaching knowledge structure and characteristics of nurse student and newly registered nurse. Methods: We categorized the knowledge of oncological clinical teaching into three sections: general teaching (knowledge domain), clinical pathway teaching (knowledge line) and specific subject teaching (knowledge point). Meanwhile, we combined the teaching knowledge with varied teaching methods and teaching team. We also improved the system of clinical teaching micro-lesson and reformed the assessment model to establish hybrid teaching model for the purpose of enhancing nurse student's core nursing capacity. Conclusions: The hybrid teaching model could generate advantages from different teaching models to improve teaching quality, to standardize educational process and content, to mobilize enthusiasm of teacher and student, and to maximize nurse student's core nursing capacity, and even to promote nursing capacity of department.
