摘要 目的 :系统分析标准化病人应用于我国护理教学的相关文献,以便为进一步研究提供借鉴和参考。方法 :检索截至2014年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和万方数据库收录的标准化病人应用于护理教学的相关文献,利用文献计量学方法进行分析。结果 :共筛选出294篇文献,发表于92种期刊,近7年的文献数量快速增长;作者来自全国29个省级行政区的142所机构;论文被引10次以上的文献28篇;研究热点主要集中在课程教学、课程考核和应用种类。结论:标准化病人在护理教学中的应用逐渐受到关注;期刊、作者及机构分布较为分散,核心研究力量尚未形成;研究涉及范围广泛,但研究的质量和深度有待提高。 Objective: To systematically analyze the relevant literature of Standardized Patients applying in nursing teaching and to provide reference for further research. Methods: Relevant literature about Standardized Patients applying in nursing teaching before December 2014 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP database and Wanfang database using bibliometric method for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 294 articles published in 92 journals were selecte and the number of articles increased very quickly in the past 7 years. The first authors were from 29 provinces and 142 institutions. Totally 28 articles were cited more than 10 times. The research focused on the curriculum teaching, curriculum assessment and application types. Conclusion: The application of Standardized Patients in nursing teaching is gradually paid attention to by the researchers. The distribution of journals, authors and institutions is relatively scattered which indicated that the core research power has not yet formed. The research involves a wide range but the quality and depth of the study is still need to be improved.
