驻京部队非现役文职护士留职意愿及其与工作满意度的相关性分析

摘要 目的 :调查驻京部队非现役文职护士工作满意度和留职意愿情况,并分析工作满意度与留职意愿的相关性。方法 :抽取驻京部队116名非现役文职护士,采用中文版留职意愿问卷和护士工作满意度量表,进行问卷调查。结果 :护士留职意愿为(3.11±0.57)分,工作满意度平均得分为(2.89±0.54)分,工作满意度各维度排在前三位的是被表扬和认可、与同事的关系、控制与责任。工作满意度各维度与留职意愿呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 :护理管理者应有针对性地提高非现役文职护士的工作满意度,提高留职意愿水平,从而避免离职倾向的产生,降低离职率,使其更好地为部队服务。 Objective: To investigate the status and correlation of the intention to stay and job satisfaction of the non-active civilian nurses in Beijing. Methods: A total of 116 non-active civilian nurses of several army hospitals in Beijing were recruited and investigated with intention to stay scale and McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS). Results: The mean score of the intention to stay was (3.11±0.57), The mean score of nurses' job satisfaction was (2.89±0.54). The first three of 8 dimensions of job satisfaction was the praise and recognition, relationship with colleagues, control and responsibility. All dimensions of job satisfaction were positively correlated with the intention to stay (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Hospital nurse managers should pay attention to the issue of non-active civilian nurses' job satisfaction, and improve nurses' intention to stay. Thus it could be helpful to reduce their tumover rate.
