摘要
极薄壁无缝钢管(直径/厚度≥100)广泛地应用于各类阀门等精密仪器中。极薄壁管拉伸力学性能试验是判定材料性能指标的重要方法之一。通过对极薄壁无缝钢管进行拉伸力学性能试验,研究、分析试验方法,从中发现影响试验结果的各项因素,正确认识并避免这些影响因素的发生,更好地结合相关标准进行极薄壁无缝钢管的拉伸性能试验,可以提高试验的有效性。
The thinnest-wall seamless pipe(diameter/thickness of 100 or higher)is widely used in various types of valves and other precision instruments,and the tensile mechanical performance test for thinnest-wall pipe is one of the important methods to determine the material performance index.According to the tensile mechanical performance test for thinnest-wall seamless pipe,the experimental method is studied and analyzed,then,the various factors which influence the testing results are found.It can improve the effectiveness of the test that the factors can be understood correctly and be prevented from occurring,and the related standards are used to finish the test for tensile performances of the thinnest-wall seamless pipe.
