CCAR25.671(d)规定,飞机的设计必须使其在所有发动机都失效时仍可操纵。针对该条款要求及FAA研究报告ARAC25.671提出的建议,给出了该科目试验方案的理论计算与分析,评估了该试验方案的安全性,介绍了试飞程序,最后描述了试验结果。试验结果表明,该方案可行、有效。
CCAR25.671(d)specifies that the aircraft must be designed so that it is controllable if all the engines fail.According to the above requirement specified and the evaluation approaches suggested by FAA report ARAC25.671,the theoretical calculation and analysis of the test program for the subject are given,and the safety of program is assessed.The flight test procedure and acceptable criterions are introduced,and the actual flight test results are described.The results show that the technology is feasible and effective.
