摘要
介绍了一种新型减振器双激振试验台。该试验台采用电液伺服控制技术,上下两只作动器分别带动减振器的缸筒和活塞,通过输入不同的波形模拟减振器的实际工况,从而进行疲劳试验。通过施加侧向力、温度控制等一系列的试验条件,模拟使用环境,以测试减振器的使用寿命,为减振器的使用提供依据。
A new type of dual excitation testing rig for shock absorber is introduced in this paper.The technology of electro-hydraulic servo control is used in the testing rig,and the two actuators of upper and lower drive respectively the cylinder and the piston of shock absorber.The different waveform input is used to simulate the actual working conditions of shock absorber,then,the fatigue test is carried out.A series of experimental conditions,such as lateral force and temperature control,are applied to test the service life of the shock absorber by the simulation of application environment,which provides the basis for the usage of shock absorber.
