摘要
针对滚动轴承在油气供油条件下的润滑行为,设计了一套滚动轴承性能测试系统。该系统采用滑动轴承电主轴作为支撑部件,以保证测试过程中被测轴承定位的稳定性和高转速及大载荷的需求。该系统可在不同的转速和载荷条件下,评估出供油间隔、供气压力、供油位置等供油参数对轴承润滑性能的影响,从而为实际工程应用提供优化的供油参数。
Based on the lubricating properties of rolling bearings with oil-air lubrication,a testing system for evaluating the properties of rolling bearings is developed.Under different running conditions,the influences of the oil supply parameters,such as oil supply interval,air pressure and oil supply position,on the bearing lubrications can be tested.Eventually,the optimal oil supply parameters are able to be identified via the test.
