摘要
采用预加载恒变形铝合金C环作为试样,设计了一台通过周期浸润法模拟自然环境来测试铝合金厚板、挤压件及锻件高向(短横向)上的应力腐蚀敏感性的试验机。分析了试验机设计、制造以及使用过程中应该注意的问题。结果证明,该试验机结构合理、可靠、安全。
The pre-loaded and constant deformed aluminum alloy C ring is used as specimen to design a testing machine which can simulate natural environment by alternate immersion to test the stress corrosion susceptibility of aluminum alloy plates,extrusions and forgings.The problems which should be concerned in the process of design and usage of the testing machine are analyzed.The result proves that the structure of the testing machine is reasonable,reliable and safe.
