中消化道定义的思考及在消化系疾病中的意义

Thinking about the definition of the mid-gut and its significance in digestive diseases

近年来,中消化道的概念在不少文献中常被提及,起于十二指肠乳头止于回盲瓣,但没有一个充分的理论支持该观点。本文就中消化道概念的定义,从组织胚胎学、解剖学、生理学、病理学等多个层面进行分析,并探讨其临床意义。此外,在该定位的基础上对中消化道的疾病进行分析。

The mid-gut from the duodenal papilla to the ileocecal valve is proposed in recent years, but it is lack of a specifical theory. In this review, definition of the mid-gut was analyzed based on histoembryology, anatomy, physiology and pathology. The significance of mid-gut disese from clinical cases was discussed.
