摘要
目的观察小肠克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)患者肠内营养支持治疗的疗效。方法运用营养风险筛查(NRS2002)评价标准,选取NRS≥3分的小肠CD患者28例,进行肠内营养支持,监测治疗前后各项营养指标及体质量的变化,观察临床症状变化及不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后患者血液中前白蛋白(PA)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HGB)水平升高(P<0.05),体质量指数有所升高,临床症状有所改善,未发现明显不良反应。结论肠内营养支持能改善小肠CD患者的营养状况,降低营养风险;在小肠CD治疗中应提高肠内营养支持的重视度。
Objective To observe the effects of enteral nutrition in treatment of small intestinal Crohn' s disease ( CD). Methods According to the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 ( NRS2002), 28 patients (NRS score I〉3) received enteral nutrition therapy. Their nutritional parameters (BMI, serum PA, TP, ALB and HGB) were assayed before and after treatment. Moreover, clinical symptoms and side reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results Serum ALB, TP, PA and HGB were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment (P 〈 0.05). The BMI was higher after treatment. Clinical symptoms were alleviated. No side reactions happened. Conclusion Enteral nutrition can im- prove the nutritional status and lower the risk of malnutrition in patients with small intestinal CD. Particular emphasis should be placed on enteral nutrition support during treatment.
