摘要
研究采用《PARS-3体育活动等级量表》和《大学生学习效率问卷》对上海市全日制大学生体育锻炼行为与学习效率进行了调查,并在此基础上考察了体育锻炼行为与大学生学习效率的关系。结果显示:1对于无明确学习目标且无具体锻炼计划的大学生,体育锻炼行为能够明显促进其学习效率,尤其是促进其学习正性情绪、学习策略和学习集中力。2对于有明确学习目标的大学生,未发现体育锻炼行为与学习效率之间存在显著相关关系。
Using the PARS--3 and Learning Efficiency Questionnaire, we investigate the effects of physical exercise on full--time college students' learning efficiency. The results indicate that: ①For those students without a goal and without a physical exercise plan, physical exercise has the positive effects on their learning efficiency, especially posi tive effect, learning strategy, and learning focus. ②For those students with a goal, we don't find the positive rela- tionship between physical activity and learning efficiency.
