论国外教师培训的时代性特征 被引量:1

摘要 当代国外教师培训具有其时代性的内涵与特征,教师培训改革成为世界各国实现教育兴国梦想的发力点。从内涵上看,教师培训是针对学校员工开展的专业发展活动,是自觉、参与与持续的实践活动,是持续教师专业发展的实践;从特征上看,关注培训需求的变动性,立足教师培训活动的个体性,凸显教师培训活动的变革性,强调教师培训活动的条件性,重视教师培训的参与性等是当代国外教师培训的明显特征。
