合作联社合联契约选择及其影响因素的研究——以江西省为例

Factors of Combined Contract Choice for Cooperative Joints in Jiangxi Province

发展合作联社是未来合作社发展壮大的必由之路,合联契约的选择是决定合作联社成功与否的重要因素。以合作联社合联契约选择及其影响因素为研究对象,采用Binary Logit模型进行实证分析,结果表明:第一,大部分因素对选择联盟松散型模式较为显著,这说明目前合作联社的发展还是处于一种不稳定的联盟关系;第二,合作社自身特征和合作社职能对选择一体化紧密型模式影响较为显著,因此在发展合作联社之前,首先要完善合作社内部制度,提升合作社的质量;第三,一体化紧密型模式与联盟松散型模式相比,其集约化程度以及一体化程度要求更高,对合作社创办人的要求也比较高。因此,就目前的现实情况来看,发展一体化紧密型模式还有很长的路要走。

Developing cooperative joint is the path for the future growth of cooperatives and choice of joint contract is a factor key to the success of the cooperatives.This paper conducts an empirical analysis with cooperative co-linked contract choice and its influencing factors as the study object. The results show that, first, most of the factors are significant in the choice of alliance of loose type mode, indicating that the cooperative development is still of an unstable alliance. Second, cooperatives characteristic and the cooperative functions of integration of compact models are more significant.So ,before developing cooperatives, it is important to improve the internal system of the cooperative and enhance the cooperatives quality;third, compared to alliance type loose mode, the tight integration mode shows a higher degree of intensiveness, a more demanding degree of integration, and relatively higher requirements for the founder of the cooperatives.Therefore, in the context the current reality, there is a long way to go before the tight model is developed.
