Evolutionary Game Analysis of Two-echelon Pork Supply Chain Quality Control

运用双种群进化博弈模型研究由养猪场和屠宰加工企业组成的两级猪肉供应链质量控制策略选择的演进趋势及其影响因素。结果表明:养猪场策略选择的演进趋势受高低质量生猪的生产成本差、收购价格差和奖惩力度等因素的影响,屠宰加工企业策略选择的演进趋势受生猪质量检测成本、高低质量生猪收购价格差和低质量生猪惩罚等因素的影响。适当扩大收购价格差、降低生产成本差、加大奖惩力度将有利于改善养猪场的质量控制策略,从源头上提高猪肉质量水平。

Using bi-group evolutionary strategy optimization grey model, the evolution trend and influencing factors of quality control strategy choices of two-echelon pork supply chain composed of pig farms and slaughter processing enterprises are researched.Study shows that the evolution trend of pig farms strategy choice is affected by the production cost differences and the purchase price differences between high and low quality pigs and rewards and punishment strength.The evolution trend of slaughter processing enterprises is affected by pig quality testing costs, the purchase price differences between high and low quality pigs and low quality pig punishment.Expending the purchase price differences, reducing the production cost differences and increasing the rewards and punishment strength would benefit the quality control strategy of pig farms and raise the quality of live pigs and pork at the source.
