快递企业城市分拨中心规划布局研究——基于客户时效性的视角

A Research on the Planning of City Express Distribution Center: The Perspective of Customer Timeliness

在我国快递企业网络结构的过程中,城市分拨中心在三级网络结构中尤显重要。通过对城市分拨中心业务特点的总结,详细分析了影响城市分拨中心布局的五大类要素。在对城市分拨中心备选点定性分析的基础上,结合客户时效性及经济性目标,构建了快递城市分拨中心布局规划定量模型,通过模型求解得出包含城市分拨中心位置及所服务的快递网点数量在内的规划布局方案,为快递企业的城市分拨中心规划布局提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of network structure in the process of the express enterprises in our country, this paper points out the importance of city distribution center in the three-level network structure. Through summarizing the business characteristics of city dislribution center, it analyzes the five influential elements of city distribution center. Based on the qualitative analysis of alternative points of city distribution center, and considering the customer timeliness and economy, it builds the quantitative planning model of express city distribution center, and through the model works out service delivery network with the city distribution center locations and the number considered. It can shed light on the planning of express enterprises of city distribution center.
