摘要
目的:探讨大学生积极心理资本与自我调控的关系。方法:采用积极心理资本量表和自我调控量表对来自广西10所高校的586名在校大学生进行测查。结果:一是大学生积极心理资本总体状况较好;二是大学生积极心理资本与自我调控存在极其显著的负相关(r=-0.198,P<0.001);三是自我调控、外部调控因子、投射调控因子和整合调控因子是大学生积极心理资本有效预测变量(R2=25.6%)。结论:大学生自我调控对积极心理资本有重要影响。
With the Purpose to research the relationship of present situation of university students' positive psychological capital and self regulation, this paper uses the method of positive psychological capital questionnaire and self regulation questionnaire on 586 university students from 10 universities in guangxi to carry on the survey. The results are: 1. the positive psychology of university students are in a total good condition; 2. university students' positive psychological capital and self regulation have prominent negative correlation (r= - 0.198,p〈0.001); 3. self regulation, external control factors, projection regulation factors and integrated regulatory factors are effective predictive variable about university students' positive psychological capital (R2=25.6%). The conclusion is that college students' self-regulation casts important influence on positive psychological capital.
