摘要
基于全科教师的素质现状调查发现:全科教师的总体音乐素质亟待提升,大部分教师具有欣赏音乐及演唱的能力,但是对音乐缺乏深刻的理解,在教学中的音乐运用能力不强。文章提出了关于提升全科教师音乐素质的必要性,认为只有提升音乐素质才能推动素质教育的进一步发展。在此基础上,对提升小学教师音乐素质的主要途径进行了探讨。
A survey about the aptitude of general elementary school teachers reveals that their overall music aptitude is to be improved, most are capable of appreciating music and singing but lack of profound understanding of music, and their application of music in teaching are not proficient. This paper proposes the necessities of promoting their music aptitude and holds that only by so doing can music education be fttrther developed. And with that it puts forwards the major means of promoting the music aptitude of the elementary school teachers.
