摘要
文章以Midas NFX 2014软件为工具,对通力公司自卸车货箱进行了有限元分析,确定了货箱的应力、形变分布情况;同时对货箱结构进行了拓扑优化,并将优化前后货箱的应力、位移和质量做了比较。结构表明,优化后的货箱既满足刚度和强度的要求,又最大程度的减轻了质量,达到轻量化、降低成本的设计目的。
This paper using Midas NFX 2014 software as the tool,on dump truck compartment of STL in finite element analysis was carried out to determine the support,stress,deformation distribution;at the same time to support the topology optimization,and the optimization before and after stress,displacement and quality compare.The results show that,after optimized support not only meet the requirement of stiffness and strength of the compartment,and effectively reduce the quality,achieve the design of lightweight,reducing design cost.
