摘要
针对公交车停靠站时公交车门关闭不当造成卡人,以及现有公交车车载设备数据基本采用CAN总线传输的特点,提出一种基于CAN总线的公交车门运动状态检测系统。此系统先采用车门位置传感器以及车门开关传感器,采集车门运动过程中车门位置和时间的对应关系,然后利用SPASS进行拟合,得到四组车门位置和时间的函数曲线。采用四个i CAN—I/O模块分别将车门位置传感器和车门开关传感器与车身CAN总线连接,同时采用处理器对上述传感器以及总线数据进行处理,并对车门运动过程中的车门实时位置与拟合函数结果进行对比,从而判断出车门的是否卡住乘员。采用本系统可有效判断公交车门是否卡住人,从而减小对乘员的伤害。
For the issues When the bus stops the door open and close crews can easily be stucked as well as characteristics that the data collection system used in vehicles almost adopt with CAN bus.This paper Proposed an anti stuck human system based on CAN bus.This system uses the door position sensor and door switch sensor,collecting door position and correspondence time during exercise,then using SPSS for fitting,so we can get four door position and time function curves,Using four i CAN I / O modules connecting the door position sensor and door switch sensor to CAN bus which connected with speed sensor.An integrated CAN microcontroller connected with CAN bus which connected with speed sensor which is used to obtain the parameters.And comparing real-time position doors during exercise with the fitting function results.Thereby judging whether the door is jammed Crew.The system can determine wether the crew were stucked or not effectively,thereby reducing damage to the crew.
