摘要
随着顾客对NVH要求的提高,整车噪声已经成为汽车行业非常重视的一个问题。由于发动机振动噪声是整车主要的噪声源,伴随而来的是在发动机周边件的设计要求越来越严苛,已不单单是满足连接需要,更重要的是对其固有特性进行研究,避免与整车动力系统产生连带的反应。文章以公司自产的小卡为例,通过CAE分析对方案进行选择指导,论证悬置支架的模态分析及改进,来阐述对整车NVH的显著地提升效果。
With the increase of the customers requirement to NVH,vehicle noise had become a very important problem in the automobile industry.As the engine vibration noise is the main noise source of the vehicle,along with the design requirements of the peripheral parts of the engine is more and more strict.It not only meet the connection need and is the inherent characteristics of research more important.It avoid joint reaction with the whole power system.The company produced the flatbed is an examplein this paper.This example elaborate on the NVH significantly enhance the effectby CAE analysis of scheme selection guide and demonstrate engine mount of modal analysis and modification.
