婴幼儿的屈光检查和矫正规范

正常情况下,儿童的屈光系统呈"正视化"发育过程。在这一过程中,采用正确合理的方法检测婴幼儿的屈光状态,可尽早发现异常,及时矫正,以促进儿童视功能的正常发育,避免或减轻弱视和斜视的发生。婴幼儿屈光检查的方法主要包括:摄影验光筛查、近距离检影验光、睫状肌麻痹检影验光。通过屈光检查发现异常者,应参考患儿的年龄、视力、双眼视功能等因素,给予合理矫正。

Normally, the development of children＇s refraction system is called as emmetropion. During the process, accurate and proper test may be used to detect the infants~ refraction status, in order to diagnose and correct ametropia as soon as possible. Then, it may improve the development of visual function, avoid amblyopia and strabis- mus. The refraction test includes photorefraction, near retinoscopy and cycloplegic retinoscopy. If ametropia was detec- ted, it should be corrected according to infant＇s age, visual acuity and binocular vision function.
