艾迪辅助化疗对肺癌患者免疫功能影响

Efficacy analysis of Aidi injection in combination with chemotherapy on immunity in patients with lung cancer

目的探讨艾迪注射液联合GP方案(吉西他滨联合顺铂)治疗肺癌患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法86晚期肺癌患者随机例分为对照组与观察组各43例,对照组给予吉西他滨(1 000 mg·m-2)+顺铂进行治疗(25mg·m-2),于化疗第1天和第8天给药,21天为一个周期;观察组在化学(同上)开始的同时给予艾迪注射液,每次100ml加入9g·L-1的氯化钠溶液500ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用10d。连续治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果1个化疗周期后,观察组总有效率、疾病控制率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后观察组血液标本中的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平及NKT细胞活性与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组血液标本中的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平及NKT细胞活性与治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液辅助化学治疗肺癌可显著提高临床疗效,降低化疗引起的不良反应及对患者免疫功能的影响,在改善NKT细胞活性,提高患者生存质量上具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of Aidi injection combined with GP in the treatment of lung cancer and the immunity in patients. Method 86 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received gemcitabine （1 000 mg·m-2） ＋ cisplatin therapy （25mg · m-2）, administered on the first day and：first 8 days of chemotherapy, 21 days for a period. On the basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with Aidi injection iv, every 100ml, 0.9 % sodium chloride solution intravenously 500ml, Qd, continuous medication 10d. Continuous treatment efficacy was evaluated after two courses. Results After one cycle of chemotherapy, the total efficiency, disease control rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was signif- icantly less than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. The quality of life improvement rate was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After chemotherapy, the blood specimens CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8 and NKT cell activity levels in observation group were not statistically significant compared with that before chemotherapy（P〉0.05）. In the control group, CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 levels and activity of NKT ceils were significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Aidi injection of adjuvant chemotherapy for lung cancer can significantly improve clinical outcomes, reduce the adverse effects caused by chemotherapy and the impact on the immune function and improve the NKT cell activity and patient quality of life.
