Concepts and Methods: Creative Practical Research on the Application of Social Work to Ideological and Political Work in Higher Education Institutions

社会的发展使高校传统的思想政治工作模式已逐渐不能适应和满足学生的需求。社会工作理念的引入,尤其是个案、小组工作方法在高校思想政治实践中的运用可以有效促进资源整合,保证学生获得"以人为本"优质服务,并有助于开创高校德育工作的新局面。

With the development of the society, the traditional ideological and political work mode has gradually not satisfied and met the students＇ needs. The introduction of the idea of social work, espe- cially the application of case work and group work in the practice of ideological and political work in the higher education institutions, will efficiently promote the resource integration, give more chance for the students to receive ＂person-centered＂ service. And it will be helpful to create a brand-new phase of ethi- cal training in the HEIs as well.
