摘要
话语是高校辅导员开展工作的中介和手段,当前辅导员话语既面临发展机遇,同时也面临多重挑战。新时期,辅导员话语体系的构建需要以马克思主义基本理论为支撑,坚持社会主义核心价值观的引领,遵循"三贴近"原则,拓展辅导员话语的内容,创新辅导员话语的形式,从而增强高校辅导员话语的有效性和思想政治教育工作的实效性。
Discourse is the mediation and means of college counselors to carry out the work. At pre- sent counselor discourse faces both development opportunities and multiple challenges. In the new period, counselors construction of discourse system needs the basic theory of Marxism, adheres to the socialist core values guide, follows the ＂three closes to＂ principle, to expand the content of counselors discourse, innova- tive in the form of words, enhance the effectiveness of the discourse of university counselors and the actual effect of ideological and political education work.
