“人和为魂,差异发展”理念下的校本课程开发

摘要 办学理念具有导向功能、感召功能、辐射功能和识别功能,体现了学校的价值诉求,它的理性建构有利于明确学校的工作思路、办学特色和校本课程建设等。慈吉中学以"人和为魂、差异发展"办学理念为引领,结合新课程改革思路,积极构建并实践校本课程,在课时安排、学习方式、课堂空间等方面进行有效探索,并取得一定成效。 School-running idea plays a role in guidance, inspiration, radiation and recognition, which presents the school's value proposition. A reasonable idea does good to clear the school management, running features and school-based curriculum construction. Ciji Middle School, taking human harmony and differentiated development as its running idea, combining the reform thought with the new curriculum requirement, has constructed and practiced school-based curriculum. The school has made achievements in teaching time arrangement, learning methods exploration and locating classrooms.
