国外学习型组织研究综述

A Review of Foreign Learning Organization Theory

国内学界大多认为,建设马克思主义学习型政党任务的提出,是在借鉴和吸收国外学习型组织理论基础上的重大理论创新。学习型组织理论的兴起被誉为是"一场管理学的革命"。国外学者的研究主要围绕组织学习与学习型组织、学习型组织的内涵与特征、创建学习型组织的途径与障碍等问题。通过对国外学者有关学习型组织研究成果的梳理,为加强马克思主义学习型政党建设提供有益借鉴。

Most of the domestic scholars believe that the construction of the Marxism learning party is major theoretical innovation based on learning from and absorbing foreign learning organization theory. The rise of learning organization theory is known as ＂a revo- lution in management science＂. The research of foreign scholars mainly focuses on organizational learning and learning organization, the connotation and characteristics of learning organization, and the ways of creating learning organization. Through the reviews of foreign scholars＇ works about learning organization, this essay ＂hopes to provide useful reference about strengthening the construction of the Marxism learning party.
