益经汤对去势大鼠生殖内分泌及子宫组织形态影响

Effect of Yijing Decoction on Reproductive Endocrine and the Organization Form of Uterus in Ovariectomized Rats

目的:探讨益经汤对去势大鼠血清性激素及子宫组织形态的影响。方法:将50只12周龄SD未孕雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、益经汤高剂量组、益经汤低剂量组、西药对照组。给药6周后化学发光免疫法测定大鼠血清E2、FSH含量及观察子宫组织形态。结果:与模型组相比,益经汤高剂量组、益经汤低剂量组、西药组均能提高血清E2的含量(P<0.01),降低血清FSH的含量(P<0.01);子宫组织形态显示益经汤高剂量和西药补佳乐均能使子宫内膜上皮增生,使间质致密、血管丰富。结论:益经汤对去势大鼠生殖内分泌有显著的保护功能,机制可能是通过提高雌激素的含量,降低卵泡刺激素的分泌。益经汤高剂量和西药补佳乐效果相当。

Objective：To study the effects of Yijing Decoction on serum sex hormone and uterine tissue morphology in ovariectomized rats. Methods：Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups：the control group,the model group,the high concention of Yijing Decoction group,the low concentration of Yijing Decoction group,the western medicine group. After the delivery of 6 weeks,The serum levels of Estradiol（E2）,Follicle Stimulatinghormone（FSH）were measured by Chemiluminescence method（CLIA）,the uterus organization form wer eobserved under the lightmicroscope. Results：Compared with the model group,the high concention of Yijing Decoction group,the low concentration of Yijing Decoction group,the western medicine group all can improve the content of serum E2（P〈0.01）and reduced the content of serum FSH（P〈0.01）,uterus histomorphology showed that the high concention of Yijing Decoction,the western medicine progynova all can made endometrial epithelial proliferative,interstitial dense,vascular rich. Conclusion：YijingDecoction has significant protecting ovarian function,the action mechanism may be by increase the content of es-tradiol（E2）,decreased the secretion of FSH,the high concention of Yijing Decoction and the western medicine progynova have similar therapeutic effect.
