Analysis of the Treatment and Progress of Moderate and Severe Acne

痤疮是皮肤科常见病之一,属于慢性炎症性疾病,好发于青少年人群。中、重度痤疮更是皮肤科中严重的损美性疾病。对青少年的身心健康造成严重影响。近年来,光动力疗法(如氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法)和中西医结合疗法在临床上治疗中、重度痤疮得到了广泛的应用。该文阐述了痤疮的发病因素,介绍了光动力疗法以及氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗痤疮的机制、应用和特点,分析中西医结合治疗中、重度痤疮的治疗方法及进展。为临床上治疗中、重度痤疮提供参考依据。无论是氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)还是中西医结合的方法治疗中、重度痤疮,临床上都应根据患者的实际情况,选用不同类型的综合治疗,才能达到满意的治疗效果。

Acne is one of the common diseases of dermatology,which belong to a chronic inflammatory disease. Adolescent are apt to suffer from acne. Moderate or severe acne is one of the most serious damagingbeauty dermatology diseases. It also impacts adolescent on the physical and mental health. In recent years,photodynamic therapy（as of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy）,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine are widely applied in curing moderate and severe acne. This paper describes the risk factors of acne,introducing photodynamic therapy and ALA-PDT in curing acne treatment system,applications and features. This paper also analyzes combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of moderate and severe acne and progress to provide the reference of curing moderate and severe acne. Whatever treating method we choose to cure moderate and severe acne,to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect,clinical treatment should be based on the actual situation of patients,selecting comprehensive different types of treatment.
