手法整复外固定架固定配合接骨七厘片治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

Manipulative Reduction and External Fixation Combined with Jiegu Qili Tablets after the Analysis of the Effect of Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures

目的:观察并分析手法整复外固定架固定骨折并配合接骨七厘片治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取于2013年1月—2015年2月在我院接受治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者96例。随机分为3组:第1组为手法整复石膏固定组,不配合药物治疗,第2组为手法整复外固定架固定组,不配合药物治疗,第3组为手法整复外固定架固定,配合口服接骨七厘片组,每组各32例,分别记录肿痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间及功能恢复情况。结果:配合口服接骨七厘片组的肿痛消失时间及骨折愈合时间明显短于其他两组,外固定架固定组及配合口服接骨七厘片组腕关节功能明显优于石膏固定组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:接骨七厘片具有促进骨折愈合作用,能有效缩短骨折愈合时间,促进腕关节功能恢复;外固定架固定效果明显优于石膏固定,有利于腕关节功能恢复。

Objective：To observe and analyse the manipulative reduction and external fixator combined with Jiegu Qili Tablets cilinical effect of treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods：A total of 96 patients with fresh closed comminuted distal radius fractures who were treated from January 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups：the first group was immobilized with plaster only,without the use of any drug,the second group was immobilized with external fixator,also without the use of any drug,the third group was immobilized with external fixator,combined with Jiegu Qili Tablets,32 cases in each group,respectively. The time of swelling and pain disappearing,fracture healing,functional recovery was observed. Results：Patients in the third group were swelling and pain disappeared time and clinical healing time were shorter than another two groups,the second and third groups＇ functional recovery was better than the first grroup＇s,there are significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In the treatment of distal radius fractues,Jiegu Qili Tablets can significantly shorten the swelling and pain time、the healing time,and promote functional recovery;external fixator can produce more satisfactory effects than plaster immobilization,and is benificial to waist function recovery.
