摘要
荷叶(Nelumbinis folium)为睡莲科植物莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)的干燥叶,广泛分布于我国南北各省市。荷叶在食用及药用方面均有较广泛的应用。中医学认为,荷叶具有清暑利湿、升发清阳、清心去热、止血利水等功效。现代化学和药理学研究表明,荷叶具有降脂减肥、抗氧化抗衰老、抑菌等功效。该文简要总结了有关于荷叶中的化学成分和药理作用,为进一步的药效物质基础研究和新药开发提供参考。
Nelumbo folium belongs to the genus of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.,Nymphaeaceae family. Lotus leaf widely distributes in the northern and southern parts of China. The lotus is easily cultivated in ponds or paddy fields and widely used in food and medicine aspects. Lotus leaves have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing summer-heat and dampness,cooling blood and stopping bleeding. Modern chemical and pharmacological researches shows that lotus leaves could be used as an antioxidant,anti-aging and anti-bactria agent. This article briefly summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the lotus leaf for further research and development.
