扶正培本清化汤对中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤临床疗效和免疫功能的影响研究

Clinical Efficacy of Fuzheng Peiben Qinghua Decoction for Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer and the Effect on Immune Function

目的:探讨扶正培本清化汤对晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法:选择我院2012年5月—2014年7月接诊的140例中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床病例资料,将所有接诊患者随机数字表分为对照组患者70例,采用常规化疗方案治疗,观察组患者70例,采用常规化疗联合扶正培本清化汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为55.7%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义,而且观察组患者的免疫相关指标和肿瘤血清学相关指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有明显统计学意义。结论:采用扶正培本清化汤对中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者具有十分显著的效果,可明显缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的机体免疫力,较大程度上改善患者的血清肿瘤学指标,有利于患者的预后恢复,值得临床应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng peiben qinghua decoction for advanced gastrointestinal cancer and the effect on immune function. Methods：140 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were included in the study,of which the control group of 70 patients with conventional chemotherapy treatment,and the observation group of 70 cases with Fuzheng Peiben Qinghua decoction for treatment. Results：After treatment,patients in the observation group,the total effective rate was 55.7%,significantly higher than the patients,a statistically significant difference between the groups,and the observation group was immune-related indicators and serological tumor associated indicators compared with the control group of patients there has been significant improvement,with a statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion：Fuzheng Peiben Qinghua decoction for advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients has a very significant effect,patients can significantly relieve symptoms and improve the patient＇s immunity,improve serum tumor markers in patients with a larger extent,conducive to the recovery prognosis of patients,worthy of clinical application.
