Modern Research of Isoflavone on the Bone Metabolism

异黄酮类化合物由于是从天然植物中提取,与雌激素有相似结构,可以和雌激素受体结合产生雌激素样作用,因此被称为植物雌激素。异黄酮具有较多药理作用,如预防更年期综合征、治疗心血管疾病、抗癌作用、预防和治疗骨质疏松等。该文重点对异黄酮类化合物提高骨密度、增强骨骼的强度和抗性、改善骨质疏松的药理效应做一综述。

Isoflavone is exacted from natural plants and has structures similar with estrogen,it can combine with the receptor of the estrogen to produce estrogen-like effects,so pople call it plant estrogen.Isoflavone has many pharmacological actions such as the prevention of menopausal syndrome,the treatment of ardiovascular diseases,anti-cancer function,the prevention and treatm-ent for osteoporosis and so on.The paper summered the pharmacological actions of isoflavone for improve bone mineral density,strengthens the intensity and resistance of the skeleton,improve osteoporosis.
