骶髂关节整复手法治疗原发性痛经临床研究

Clinical Research of Sacro-iliac Joint Therapeutic Manipulation in Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrheal

目的:观察骶髂关节整复手法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:收集76例原发性痛经患者,按就诊单双号顺序随机分为2组,治疗组38例采用骶髂关节整复手法治疗,对照组38例采用针灸治疗。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为88.9%;对照组总有效率为86.8%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);痛经伴随症状消失率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);腰部查体消失率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骶髂关节整复手法与针灸治疗对原发性痛经有较好的临床疗效,原发性痛经在伴有腰骶部疼痛症状时应该优先选择骶髂关节整复手法治疗。

Objective：To observe the clincal effect of sacro-iliac joint therapeutic manipulation on primary dysmenorrhea. Method：Seventy-six paitients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly devided into two group according to the the odd and even number. Thirty-eight cases were treated with sacro-iliac joint therapeutic manipulation in the treatment group,and the others accepted the acupuncture teatment in the control group. Result：Total effective rate was 88.9% in the treatment group,while was 86.8% in the control group. There were no significant differences between two groups（P〉0.05）. The disappearance rate of concomitant symptoms in these two groups was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The disappearance rate of low back physical examination in these two groups was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：There was a good clinical curative effect on primary dysmenorrhea with sacro-iliac joint therapeutic manipulation. Sacro-iliac joint therapeutic manipulation should give priority to the primary dysmenorrhea secondary to the lumbosacral pain symptoms.
