参仙升脉口服液治疗老年缓慢性心律失常临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid on Senile Brady Arrhythmia

目的:观察参仙升脉口服液对老年缓慢心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取44例老年缓慢心律失常患者,随机分为治疗组22例和对照组22例。两组病例一般资料比较无显著性差异,具有可比性。治疗组给予参仙升脉口服液,对照组给予宁心宝。服药4周后观察两组疗效及不良反应。并对两组治疗前后的各证候积分、24 h动态心电图各心率指标、血液黏度指标进行观察比较。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为90.91%,对照组总有效率为77.27%,治疗组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组治疗后胸闷、心悸、气短、乏力积分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗后24 h动态心电图总心搏数、平均心率、最快心率、最慢心率比治疗前均有明显升高,P<0.05。治疗组治疗后24 h动态心电图总心搏数、平均心率、最快心率、最慢心率较对照组治疗后明显升高,P<0.05。两组治疗后血浆黏度各指标较治疗前均有明显下降,P<0.05。治疗组治疗后血浆黏度各指标明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:参仙升脉口服液对老年缓慢心律失常的临床疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid on senile brady arrhythmia. Methods：44 cases of elderly patients with chronic arrhythmia,were randomly divided into two groups with 22 cases in each. The treatment group was given Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid,the control group was given Ningxinbao Granule. To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups after 4 weeks. Results：After 4 weeks treatment group total effectiveness 90.9%,the comparison group total effectiveness 77.3%. There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The syndrome integrals after the treatment of two groups were better than them before the treatment of two groups（P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the syndrome integrals of choking sensation in chest,palpitation,breathe hard,weak of the treatment group were better than them of the control group（P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the heart rate,average heart rate,maximum heart rate,slowest heart rate for 24 h of the treatment group were better than them of the control group（P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the plasma viscosity,high blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity of the treatment group were better than them of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid has significant treatment effect on elderly patients with slow arrhythmia,no obvious adverse reaction.
