中药、皮质激素及肋间神经阻滞法治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效对比

Contrast Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine,Cortical Hormone and Intercostal Nerve Block Method in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Neuralgia

目的:对比观察不同疗法对带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法:随机选取在我院就诊的胸部或背部带状疱疹伴急性期神经痛病人共90例,分成3组,即A组(30例)、B组(30例)和C组(30例),均给予常规抗病毒药物治疗,A组加用中药治疗,B组联合皮质激素治疗,C组联用肋间神经阻滞法治疗。根据VAS量表法,对比研究各组的临床效果及不良反应。结果:3组治疗后1周与治疗后3周的VAS得分均比治疗前有明显的下降,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。而3组治疗后组间两两比较,除B组与C组外,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。A组治疗总有效率为86.7%,虽低于其他两组的90%,但差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:三种疗法对带状疱疹神经痛的疗效均比较满意,改善患者的神经痛较明显,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study effect of different therapies on patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods：Randomly selected 90 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia,divided into three groups. All the groups received routine treatment,Group A added Chinese medicine,Group B was given corticosteroids,and Group C combined with intercostal nerve block therapy. Compared the effect and adverse reactions of three groups. Results：VAS score of three groups after 1 week and 3 weeks treatment were lower than those before treatment,differences are statistically significant,P〈0.05. And VAS scores compared among three groups,except Group B and C,P〈0.05. Total effective rate of Group A was 86.7%,less than the other two groups. Conclusions：The curative effect of three kinds of therapies on patients with herpes zoster neuralgia is satisfied,which improves the patients neuralgia obviously.
