中西医结合辨证疗法治疗单纯性卵巢囊肿临床效果分析

Analysis of the Dialectical Therapy of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Ovarian Simple Cyst Clinical Effect

目的:分析单纯性卵巢囊肿采用中西医治疗的效果。方法:选择2012年8月—2014年11月我院诊治的单纯性卵巢囊肿患者75例,观察组给以中西医治疗,与同期单独采用西药治疗的75例患者进行对比,观察两组的疗效。结果:观察组42例治愈,30例好转,无效3例,有效率为96%;对照组32例治愈,29例好转,14例无效,有效率为81.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:单纯性卵巢囊肿采用中西医治疗的临床效果比单纯西药治疗要好。

Objective：To analyze the simple ovarian cyst with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment effect. Methods：75 patients with ovarian simple cyst in 2012 August to 2014 November in our hospital patients,observation of Western medicine group were given treatment,compared with the same period 75 cases with western medicine in the treatment of individual patients,observed the effect of the two groups. Results：The observation group of 42 cases cured,30 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,effective rate was 96%;the control group 32 cases were cured,29 cases improved,14 cases invalid,effective rate was 81.33%,there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion：The clinical effect of simple ovarian cyst with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is better than the pure western medicine treatment.
