补肺定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床研究

Clinical Study of Bufei Dingchuan Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Remission Period

目的:观察补肺定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法:将72例支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例,对照组给予支气管哮喘慢性持续期的常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用补肺定喘汤。疗程为4周,治疗结束后观察两组疗效、各主要证候积分、肺功能改善情况及6 min步行距离。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率(94.44%)明显优于对照组(72.22%),P<0.05。两组各主要证候积分治疗后明显优于治疗前,P<0.05,治疗组治疗后各证候积分明显优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后两组肺功能均较治疗前有明显好转,P<0.05,但治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后两组6 min步行距离均优于治疗前,P<0.05,但治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:补肺定喘汤治疗可明显改善支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的临床证候和肺功能。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the bronchial asthma in remission period patients treated by Bufei Dingchuan decoction. Methods：72 cases of the bronchial asthma in remission period were divided into the control group（36 cases）and the treatment group（36 cases）. The control group was treated based on routine treatment,the treatment group added Bufei Dingchuan decoction. The treatment course was 4 weeks. After the treatment,the curative effect,symptoms,lung function and six-minute walking distance were observed. Results：After 4 weeks,the total effective rate of treatment group（94.44%）was better than it of control group（72.22%）,P〈0.05. The symptoms of the two groups were better than that before the treatment,P〈0.05,but the symptoms of the treatment group was better than that of control group,P〈0.05. The lung function of the two groups were better than that before the treatment,P〈0.05,but the lung function of the treatment group was better than that of control group,P〈0.05. The six-minute walking distance of the two groups were better than that before the treatment,P〈0.05,but the six-minute walking distance of the treatment group was better than that of control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion：The Bufei Dingchuan decoction can better improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of the bronchial asthma in remission period.
