小分子有机物螯合钙肥对樱桃番茄产量、品质和养分吸收的影响 被引量:31

Effects of small molecular organics chelated calcium fertilizer on cherry tomato yield,quality and nutrients absorption

摘要 采用盆栽试验,以单质硝酸钙和市场钙肥产品(糖醇螯合钙)为对照,研究了以小分子有机物(氨基酸、糖醇)为主剂的螯合钙肥对樱桃番茄产量、品质和养分吸收的影响。结果表明,几种钙肥对樱桃番茄产量、品质以及养分吸收均有提升效果,但以小分子有机物为主剂的螯合钙肥应用效果最好。喷施小分子有机物螯合钙肥的樱桃番茄单株产量比硝酸钙和糖醇螯合钙分别平均提高9.68%和3.42%;番茄果实可溶性糖、Vc和可溶性固形物含量较喷施硝酸钙分别平均提高16.60%、11.19%和12.21%,可滴定酸含量平均降低7.03%;与喷施糖醇螯合钙相比,可溶性糖、Vc和可溶性固形物含量分别平均提高5.95%、6.02%和9.20%,可滴定酸含量平均降低7.75%;植株中钙的累积量分别比喷施硝酸钙和糖醇螯合钙平均提高17.86%和7.66%,果实钙含量分别平均提高22.73%和7.14%。因此,以氨基酸和糖醇为主剂的螯合钙肥在樱桃番茄上的应用效果更佳。 A pot experiment taking calcium nitrate and chelated with suger alcohol as control was conducted to study the effects of calcium fertilizers chelated with small molecule organics( amino acid and sugar alcohol) as additives on the growth,yield,quality and nutrient uptake capacity of cherry tomato. The results showed that,all these calcium fertilizers effectively enhanced the yield,quality and nutrients uptake,but the application effect of the calcium fertilizers chelated with small molecule organics was the best. Compared with spraying calcium nitrate and Hefeng calcium,these small molecule organics chelated calcium fertilizers increased the yield by an average of 9. 68% and 3. 42% respectively. Compared with the treatment which was sprayed calcium nitrate,the soluble sugar,Vc and soluble solids content of tomato fruit were increased by an average of 16. 60%,11. 19% and12. 21% respectively,and the titratable acid content was reduced by an average of 7. 03%. Compared with the treatment which were sprayed Hefeng calcium fertilizers,the soluble sugar,Vc and soluble solids content of tomato fruit were increased by an average of 5. 95%,6. 02% and 9. 20% respectively,and the titratable acid contents was reduced by an average of 7. 75%; The accumulation of calcium in plant was increased by an average of 17. 86% and 7. 66% respectively than spraying calcium nitrate and Hefeng calcium,and the calcium content of fruit was increased by an average of 22. 73% and 7. 14% respectively. Therefore,the application effect of small organic molecules chelated calcium fertilizers was the best.
