城郊农村住宅围护结构节能改造初探

Energy Saving Retrofitting of Rural Housing 's Retaining Structure Around Suburbs

目前,城市住宅建筑节能已趋于完善,而对于农村住宅则相对欠缺。通过对扬州市邗江区瓜洲镇冻青村既有住宅进行走访调查及墙体内外表面温度测量,了解农村住宅墙体保温隔热的现状,并走访建材市场,对墙体保温材料进行市场调查,将材料性能进行比较分析,综合住户的经济条件以及施工难易程度,为农村住宅提高围护结构的节能效果提出相关建议。

The energy efficiency for urban residential buildings has tended to improve, which for the rural residential is relatively lack. Through the survey on the existing buildings and test of internal and ex- ternal wall surface temperature in Dongqing village, Guazhou town of Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City, we observed the current rural residential wall insulation, visited and investigated the building materials market. The material properties are analyzed comparatively. Based on the general household economic conditions and the difficulty degree of construction, we proposed some relevant suggestions for improving rural housing exterior-protected structure of energy efficiency.
