湖北汉江生态经济带体育产业发展战略SWOT分析

Development Strategy for Sports Industry in the Hanjiang Ecological Economic Zone of Hubei Province

汉江生态经济带在湖北经济社会发展中占有重要的战略地位,而体育产业将成为其新的经济增长点。文章运用文献资料、实地调研等方法,通过对湖北汉江生态经济带体育产业发展环境的SWOT分析,认为该区域体育产业的发展环境优劣并存,优势明显。在发展态势上既有良好的机遇,又存在威胁因素。为促进湖北汉江经济带体育产业的全面发展,在系统分析的基础上,本着利用机遇、挖掘优势条件、改善劣势与不足、降低威胁的原则,提出依托资源禀赋,确立优势体育产业;加强体育产业专业人才培育,积极引进先进经营理念;整合资源,建立有效的行业间联动协作机制;科学制定体育产业发展规划,坚持以法治体等发展战略。

Based on a SWOT analysis about the development environment of sports industry in the Hanjiang ecologi- cal economic zone. It holds that there are both advantages and drawbacks in the sports industry development envi- ronment, and the advantages are obvious; at the same time, there are both good development opportunities and threat factors on the development trend. In order to promote the all - round development, under the principles of taking the opportunities, promoting the advantages, improving the weaknesses and deficiencies, and reducing the threats, this paper puts forward the development strategies： to establish superior sports industry, to strengthen the training for professional sports talents, integrate resources and set up collaboration mechanism of inter - industries, to set out sports industry development planning within the legal scope.
