摘要
本着针对军事用途的激光测照器的出光口径量身定做激光能量计的目的,采用口径为100 mm的热释电光电传感器获得电压信号,通过600kbs采集速率的模数转换电路完成数据采集,使用单片机通过冒泡法的算法来实现峰值数据的输出,并通过人机界面进行显示,最终在光学计量站通过标定保证输出激光能量值的准确性,结合激光照射器进行了相应激光测量的实验,得到的大口径激光能量计能够准确的测量能量,并对从45.4 m J到416.5 m J区间内的激光能量进行了测量,测量的线性度为4.1%,满足低于5%的要求。
In the purpose of design a laser energy meter of appropriate diameter for the military designator , the system use a pyroelectric photoelectric sensor with a diameter of 100 mm to transfor the laser energy to voltage signal , then use AD aquistion circuits to transfor the analogy signal to digital signal,then the microcontroller capture the peak of the signal through the algorithm of bubble, then display the result in the man-machine interface, at last the system was calibrited at optical metrology station in order to output accurate result, the experiment was carried out in front of laser designator, the result showed the energy can give a accurate rusult for the designator, the laser energy from 45.4mJ to 416.5mJ was measured, the linearity of the measurement is 4.1%,which is satisfied the requirement of 5%.
