摘要 针对无线蜂窝通信系统中基站节能问题,在保证网络性能及用户体验不受影响的情况下尽量实现网络能耗与网络业务流量二者之间的匹配下,通过统一配置或基站间协商的方式来确定节能基站及补偿基站的载波使用原则,提出了基于接力载波的基站节能方案,利用OAM配置方式和基站外部接口协商两种方案生成接力载波集。在定义的节能应用场景中,运用接力载波集协调和实现补偿基站的补偿行为以及节能站点的载波关闭行为,实现了节能和降低运营商OPEX的目的。 Aiming at the problem of base station energy saving in wireless cellular communication system, achieve the match between energy consumption of the network and the network traffic by ensuring that network performance and user experience is not affected, to determine the compensation principles of the carrier energy saving base station and base station through unified configuration or consultation bwteen base stations ,a kind of implementation method toward base station energy saving based on multi carrier is put forward by using of two kinds of schemes based on OAM configuration method and base station external interface negotiation. In the energy saving scene, realize the purpose of saving energy and reducing the operator of OPEX by the using of compensation behavior of the relay carrier set compensating and coordinating the base stations and the close behavior of energy-saving site.
