摘要
针对多功能旋耕机工作过程中出现振动大、可靠性差、作业性能不稳定等问题,对旋耕机机架的有限元模型进行模态分析。利用三维设计软件Solidworks对机架进行实体建模,再将机架实体模型导入到ANSYS中,并在ANSYS中进行单元类型的设置、网格划分、施加约束和载荷、求解和结果分析,得到机架前6阶固有频率和振型,找出机械振动规律,为后续的设计研究提供必要的理论依据。
Aiming at the problems of heavy vibration,poor reliability,and unstable operation performance in the working process of the multifunctional cultivator,the modal analysis for the finite element model of the rotary cultivator frame was carried out.The solid modeling of the frame was designed by the 3Dsoftware Solidworks,which was then imported into ANSYS.In the ANSYS,by setting the type of element and CFX—Mesh,applying constraint and load,solving and interpreting result,the former 6order natural frequency and model of vibration were obtained,and the mechanical vibration law was found out,which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the following design study.
