摘要 设计了2B—4A型自走式育秧机,包括动力机构、传动机构、操纵机构、行走机构、输送机构、刮土机构、种土箱及机架等。机具采用履带式自走机构并配备换档、倒档装置实现装备整体自由行走;采用整体播种铺土,平板输送带输送秧盘,实现秧盘快速自由脱落摆放。同时进行了机具作业性能试验,结果表明:2B—4A型自走式育秧机可完成盘喂入、铺土、土种搅拌、播种、盘输出、盘下滑、盘摊放,播种量稳定性、播土均匀度、播种均匀度、播种空格率、覆土厚度稳定性、摆盘间隙、摆盘合格率、漏摆率均符合标准要求,作业性能良好。 Type 2B—4A self-propelled seedling machine was designed,included power mechanism,transmission,control mechanism,running mechanism,delivery mechanism,soil scraper,soil seeds box,frame and other kinds.The machine could travel freely using self-propelled crawler mechanism with shifting and reversing device.The soil and seeds could be laying disposably,the plate was transported through flat conveyor belt and put off freely on ground.The field test was conducted.The results showed that type 2B—4A self-propelled seedling machine could complete the operations included plate feeding,soil paving,stirring,seeding,plate exporting,plate gliding and laying.All the performances like seeding rate stability,soil paving evenness,seeding evenness,seeding space rate,soil paving thickness stability,plating clearance,plating qualification rate and plating space rate were compliant with regulations.
